What was the writer thinking?

If you are like us, once you zero in on an author you really like, you probably find that you have to read everything the person ever wrote. You would want to know all that goes on inside the author’s head. Do they have common place insecurities about their work like the rest of us, what inspires them or moves them, what keeps them up at night or makes them rush home to write it all down before they forget ! In short , what makes the author tick. Don’t know if there is any sure shot way to know the answers to all these questions (except may be a meeting in person) but some writers do keep a window to their creative (and sometimes personal) lives open for their fans.
